I’m looking to dramatically improve the Traffic to my site. I’m willing to pay about $100 per month.?
I’m willing to pay about $100 a month for a company or an individual to make my site more popular and higher ranked on search engines. Not a big fan of pay per click and I’ve already tried pay per call.

Well there if you want a flat rate, I would suggest you use a site like v6Transition.com for like $50/month, where you can blog about your site on many topical blogs, and it should improve your traffic substantially if you combine it with opening a Twitter and Facebook pages about your site, and asking your friends to fan you and follow you. And also put links to both of those at the bottom of your site.
